Yes. We review the garment, fabric, condition, and requested fit before confirming the scope and quote for any redesign or alteration work.
We work on dresses, skirts, shirts, jackets, vintage pieces, and garments with sentimental value, as well as selected upcycling projects.
You can contact us by phone, email, through the contact form, or by visiting the workshop during opening hours.
For redesign projects, a deposit of 30 percent is required after concept approval. The remaining balance is settled when the garment is collected.
Turnaround depends on the garment and project scope, but redesign work is typically completed within 10 to 20 business days after approval.
